We don't accept returns or exchanges. So please be sure about your order (i.e size/color) before placing it and we will assist you with sizes and or specifications accordingly via WhatsApp chat if needed.

Refunds will only be done for preorder items which runs out of stock after placing order. The process will take 7 days and will be refunded via the original payment mode.

We are diligent about the quality of our products and do thorough checks before mailing out to you but if you still receive a defective product or wrong item then we will offer a refund or an exchange as you please.

For a full refund, please mail the product back to us and we will refund you via the original mode of payment within 7 days. Postage costs will be covered by us. 

For an exchange, please mail the product back to us with postage costs upon us.On receiving the wrong product we will courier the right item to you at no additional costs. Item can only be exchanged provided it is in brand new and original condition with its packaging and tags intact.
